Step 1: Check Your Remote Control
If your toilet uses a remote control:
- Make sure it has working batteries installed.
- Confirm the remote is paired to your toilet. (Refer to your model’s user manual for pairing instructions.)
Step 2: Clean the Wand
- Check the bidet wand for any buildup or debris that could be blocking the spray.
- Gently clean the wand following the cleaning instructions in your manual.
Step 3: Clean the Angle Valve Filter
A clogged angle valve filter can restrict water flow and cause a weak spray. The filter should be cleaned and rinsed regularly.
