E3: Error Code

The E3 error code is an indication of a problem with the dryer temperature sensor.

Possible Cause

Something may be wrong with either the heating element or the wiring connected to it.

Solution

When this happens, reach out to customer service for assistance. You can submit a form if the device is still under manufacturer warranty. Please remember to provide your order number, the device serial number, and a video of the problem when you submit the claim.
