Step 1: Check Battery Installation

- Verify that the batteries are fresh and replace them if needed.
Step 2: Re-Pair the Remote to the Toilet
- Your remote control may have lost its connection to the toilet.
- Follow the pairing instructions for your specific Trone model to re-pair the remote.

Step 3: If the Remote Still Doesn’t Work
