If your Trone toilet is not flushing, don’t worry—most issues are quick to resolve and related to setup or water supply. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Step 1: Check Power
- Make sure the toilet is plugged in and receiving power.
- If your model uses a remote control, confirm the remote has working batteries and is paired to the toilet.
- If available, try the emergency backup flush feature to see if it works.
Step 2: Check Water Supply
- Ensure that your angle valve (shut-off valve) is fully open.
- Confirm that all connections on the toilet are correct and secure.
👉 Nearly all cases of the toilet not flushing—or showing no water at all—are caused by a closed shut-off valve or incorrect hose connections.
Step 3: Provide Support Information
If the issue continues, please email our support team with:
- A picture of your shut-off valve

This will help us quickly identify the cause.
